Before becoming business partners, Cynthia and Niki were friends and neighbors who discovered how much they had in common: a passion for connecting people, serving their community, and building meaningful relationships.

Cynthia Rosario
Cynthia Rosario is a California native who has proudly called Florida home since 1980. Before real estate, she built a strong foundation in sales, finance, and negotiation as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry, later becoming an owner of multiple dealerships. After stepping away to raise her three children, whom she calls her “three greatest trophies,” Cynthia brought that experience to real estate, quickly becoming a top-performing agent with a business built almost entirely on referrals.
Cynthia believes clients deserve an advisor who listens, protects their interests, and cares about what happens after closing. That same spirit drives her commitment to giving back, including her service on the Orange County Community Advisory Board with Cornerstone Hospice. It’s also at the heart of Coastal Hearts and its motto, “Give Where You Live,” which celebrates and supports the communities that make Florida’s Gulf Coast so special.
When she isn’t helping clients, Cynthia’s greatest joy is her three children, who remain the center of her world.

Niki Spinelli
Nicole “Niki” Spinelli is a Montana native who attended college in Washington State before trading mountains for sunshine and making St. Petersburg home more than 28 years ago. With over 20 years of experience working in the financial industry, Niki brings a strong business and investment perspective to real estate. Her passion for the industry is also personal, shaped by the returns and opportunities she has experienced through buying, selling, and investing in both personal homes and investment properties.
The Coastal Hearts mission, “Luxury Living with a Mission of Giving,” is especially meaningful to Niki and reflects her longstanding commitment to giving back. She has served on the board of Angels Against Abuse for nearly 20 years and continues to volunteer with and support local charities. For Niki, being part of the community means doing her part to help it thrive.
When she’s not working or volunteering, Niki loves enjoying the Florida lifestyle and spending time with family, friends, and her Goldendoodle.
Cindy Van Buren
A St. Petersburg native and proud mom of two, Cindy has always had a passion for real estate. Along the way, she discovered that her true gift lies in the relationships, communication, and attention to detail that make a real estate transaction successful. Recognizing how important the process becomes once a contract is signed, Cindy turned her talents into her own transaction coordination business, where she has been supporting Realtors and their clients ever since.
Cindy’s place on the Coastal Hearts Team was a natural fit from the start. Cynthia and Niki immediately recognized not only an exceptional professional, but a kindred spirit who shares their commitment to meaningful relationships, outstanding service, and treating every client like family.
